Appearance
Jeff has three forums, fish, robot and humanoid, all of which are in blue and yellow. As a fish, Jeff's tail and fins have a fluffy look and are in yellow, as is his hair in his humanoid form. Both his robot form and humanoid bear the Irken symbol.
Personality
On the front, Jeff is a happy-go-lucky critter that unwittingly causes trouble in his wake, but his naive exterior is not to be underestimated, as his arsenal can cause immense damage in a short space of time. He is noted for being prone to explosions (particularly if he is fed).
Biography
Jeff was created from parts Ra-chan collected after her exile from her home planet was announced. Although her attempt at creating a robot was successful, the result was something that launched itself straight for her food supplies, only ceasing when she yelled 'Joyful Eating Fool!' which caught his attention. To this day, as much as she loves him, he causes her and those around her immense trouble.
Role
The Fourth Wall Complex
Jeff's primary role is comic relief, and is introduced when he crashes Ra-chan's ship into the complex (after successfully persuading Unipron to let him drive) much to Ra-chan's annoyance and Alex's shock as a wall was taken out. He has appeared in a couple of comics since.
Castle Maxima
As of yet, Jeff's role in Castle Maxima is sketchy, although he is shown exploding early on in the game.
