The 4th Wall Complex (T4WC) is a webcomic series made up of contributions by the entire team.

History

There are two histories to TFWC, one is the boring one attached to the world of realism, while the other is the exciting one about how fantasy nearly leaked into it.

Groundwork

Fantasy has a major plot device that doesn't work in reality, this is the fact that there are extreme polarities of good and evil. When the Fourth Wall, the barrier between reality and fantasy, was destroyed, villains leaked into our world, bringing with them a wake of destruction.

Seeing this, a band of authors reconstructed the Fourth Wall as a complex of buildings, which now serve as an office to authors, most notably the ever-mad T4WC team.

Inspiration

TFWC started as a miscellaneous comic regarding Ozan's payment of the $5 starter cost that contributed to maintaining the website Alex charged for membership. Instead of using a bill, Ozan paid over a long period of time in pennies left over from buying lunch. The comic was born from the frustration Alex had from this.

Today, TFWC consists of inside jokes and the results of random conversations between members. It also covers the comings and goings of new members through their moving in and out of our Head Quarters.
